I have attended my grade school class of 1974 golden anniversary grand reunion. I spent my elementary school years at St. Michael's Institute in Bacoor, Cavite, and I was graduated from there in March 1974. We survived Martial Law, EDSA revolution, Asian Financial Crisis as well as mid-life crisis. Fifty years later, when all of us are in our senior years, we are celebrating our golden anniversary via a grand reunion with a Holy Mass at St. Michael Parish Church, a nostalgic visit to our old school, a motorcade, a party filled fun, games and dancing, and lots of reminiscing. It was a day of enhancing the bond, rekindling the friendship and reconnecting!
