RELAXING ROLL DOWN BAR ROUTINE - 35 Min. to Release Tension in Neck, Shoulders & Arms + TONING

Using solely the Roll Down Bar, we'll mindfully spend about 35 minutes stretching and releasing tension from the entire upper body, including your scalp, face, neck, shoulders, arms, chest, and upper back. All the while, we'll also strengthen and tone the upper body, CORE, and lower body to boot. My goal is for you to feel like you've had a MASSAGE FROM THE INSIDE-OUT by the time we're finished! This routine is appropriate for ALL LEVELS and is a fabulous way to both unwind and energize so you can confidently take on the rest of your day or evening with calm and focused attention.
