The Juliet & Romeo cocktail features a London dry gin with citrus, aromatics, cucumber and mint. INGREDIENTS 60mL London Dry Gin 22.5mL Fresh Lime Juice 22.5mL Sugar Syrup (1:1) 4 Drops of Rosewater 3 Drops of Angostura Bitters Cucumber Mint Pinch of Salt HOW TO 1. Add a few pieces of cucumber and the salt to your cocktail shaker 2. Muddle then add the remaining ingredients excluding the bitters 3. Shake & double strain into a chilled coupe glass 4. Garnish with a mint sprig 5.
