Please click this link to donate: https://www.paypal.mue/suhasdishes مقادير الكيك: 3 اكواب (390 غرام) طحين لجميع الاستعمالات 1/2 ملعقة صغيرة ملح 1 ملعقة صغيرة باكنغ صودا (كربونات) 1 ملعقة صغيرة باكنغ باودر 1 ملعقة صغيرة ونصف قرفة 1/2 ملعقة صغيرة قرنفل (كبش قرنفل) 4 بيض حبة كبيرة 1 و 3/4 كوب (350 غرام) سكر 2 ملعقة صغيرة سائل الفانيليا برش ليمونة حامضة 1 كوب (240 مل) زيت نباتي 1 كوب (240 مل) حليب حامض (ملعقة طعام خل ابيض مع كمية من الحليب للحصول على كوب واحد) 1 كوب (100 غرام) جوز مفروم 1 كوب (150 غرام) زبيب حرارة الفرن 350 درجة F او 180 درجة C على الرف الوسط لمدة 50 دقيقة Cake Ingredients: 3 cups (390 g) all_purpose flour 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp clove 4 large eggs 1 3/4 (350 g) white sugar 2 tsp pure vanilla extract https://amzn.to/3oWoWs8 (Amazon affiliate) lemon zest from 1 lemon 1 cup (240 ml) vegetable or canola oil 1 cup (240 ml) homemade buttermilk (1 tbsp white vinegar + enough milk to make 1 cup total liquid) 1 cup (150 g) raisins 1 cup (100 g) chopped walnuts 🌹Cake Instructions 🌹 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) with the oven rack in the center of the oven. Butter and flour a 9-inch tube pan. 2. In a medium mixing bowl, sift the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and cloves. Whisk well to combine. Set aside. 3. In a separate bowl, place the walnuts, raisins, and 1 tbsp flour from the flour mixture. Mix together. 4. In a bowl or measuring cup, place 1 tbsp white vinegar and add enough milk to make 1 cup total liquid. Stir and let stand for 10 minutes. 5. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment (or in a large mixing bowl using an electric hand mixer) beat together eggs, sugar, lemon zest, vanilla on medium-high speed for 5 minutes. Scraping down the sides and bottom of the bowl with rubber spatula as needed. 5. With the mixer on low speed, gradually add the oil. Increase the speed to medium-high and continue beating for 1 minute. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl. 6. Switch to the paddle attachment and with the mixer on low speed alternately add the flour mixture (in three additions) with the buttermilk (in two additions) beginning and ending with flour mixture Mix until just combined. Do not over mix. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl, then fold in the walnuts and raisins mixture. 7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 50  minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of cake comes out clean. 8.
