How to Achieve A Tennis Racquet Drop and Pronate The Correct Way

In this video I am going to show you how to achieve a tennis racquet drop and pronate the correct way. Hitting a tennis serve with a great racquet drop and perfect pronation takes time and effort to learn. If you were not taught to serve the correct way from the start (whether as a child or adult) then you may have to undo years of bad, improper form. The tennis serve is the stroke you have the most control of because you initiate it, but it is also the most complex. If you lack control, power and consistency on your serve, you most likely lack the two most essential components, which are the racquet drop and pronation. The tennis racquet drop allows for momentum of the racquet so it can build up more speed until it contacts the tennis ball. Pronation is a force multiplier which allows the racquet to move in two dimensions (forward and side movement) so that even more power is put into the tennis serve. Doing both correctly is key to developing a 100 mph + serve with accuracy. In this video, I show you how to hit a tennis serve with the right tennis pronation drills. I also show you how to develop a deep tennis racquet drop. This video is a great tennis serve lesson for beginners and intermediate players alike. So if you've struggled with your serve, hopefully this tennis serve video will be the answer or beacon you need to make the change. The tennis serve tips in this video really helped me to improve and I'm sure they can do the same for you. So please watch until the end and subscribe if you haven't already. Thank you for watching.
