Shin Bison appears in several Street Fighter games. Although unlockable in SFA3, in order to explore his moveset and combos in the other games, hacks have to be used. A random bit of extra info. To the best of my knowledge there was no version of alpha 3 that had access to both Shin Bison and the ability to do crouch cancels. After much research the solution was Hyper Street Fighter Alpha, a game that includes Shin Bison as a playable character and a hidden dip switch menu that allows you to put crouch cancels back into the game.
