Bandar Sunway is a beautiful township developed by the Sunway Group. You will find many hotels, colleges, shops, banks and food places. Overall it's a convenient town where you will find everything in one place. Bandar Sunway is also home to the popular Sunway Lagoon theme park and Sunway Pyramid shopping mall. There is also free wifi available at specific locations. During every festive season, Bandar Sunway transforms into a city of lights. However, Bandar Sunway and the mall fall under Subang Jaya City Council (MBSJ). On the other hand, Sunway Mentari, located across the New Pantai Expressway, falls within Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ).
