Vault Card Club Football High Roller Subscription Box. November 2020. $99 for 9 packs. Value?

Only our second time opening the vault card club high roller football subscription box. 9 different packs of football cards were enclosed. however, the packs were from less than desirable draft years. So far this is the worst pack value we have seen in any Football card Subscription box. Not sure if this was a one time flaw just this month or if this is standard for them but this box was definitely not worth the cost this month in comparison with other sub boxes.
