The biggest new feature for the PS4 Pro is the ability to play in 4K UHD (ultra high definition) resolution, as well as HDR. However, the regular PS4 will also get a software update to support HDR. I found the PS4 Pro to produce amazing visuals when 4K HDR is enabled; games looked great. Though if you don't have a 4K TV, you won't really get much benefit from this PS4 upgrade.
