Check out the highlights of the Dolce & Salato Fest 2023. A day to celebrate the best of Italian cuisine and entrepreneurship. Pasta, pizza, gelato, pannettone, coffee, flour, wine and all the required equipment to bring your ideas into reality. The D&SF was filled with amazing food demos, chefs, restaurant industry customers and the best brands in our industry. Some of them included Bravo North America, Disaronno Ingredients, Petra flour, Bristot coffee, Arcobaleno, iFi and so many more. As well as some amazing chefs like Ciro Iovine from Song e Napule, Luigi Speranza from La Trafila, Massimo Laveglia from L'industrie, Nicola Olivieri from Olivieri 1892, Rafael Solinas from Osteria Brookly, and of course our founder Sabrina Mancin. D&SF 2023 took place at Modalita in Brooklyn, NY. A great space where you can always find the best solutions for your next gelato shop, pizzeria, pasta restaurant and more. We can't wait to see you at the next Dolce & Salato Fest 2024 which will take place on October 24th in SoHo, NY on the lower floor of 155 Sullivan St.
