When we talk about VR technology, there's non immersive, there's semi immersive and there's fully immersive before I go into that. If you've used any of these, feel free to share them with others in the chat. silence - 6s So there's non immersive, VR which deals with accessing virtual reality applications in two D. Maybe on a laptop or a computer. I personally tend to use non a non immersive, VR quite a bit, especially when I access like an app called like spatial, which is a VR media platform that's accessible on my laptop or even my mobile phone and it's a very convenient way to experience VR. There's also a semi immersive. Right, so VR for semi immersive also utilizes a two D. Screen with three D. Graphics, but it also allows users to sort of maintain their connection to the physical environment around them. So as seen in this flight simulator image utilizing both a two D screen but then also a physical joystick in the real world. And then there's fully immersive VR which utilizes head mounted displays which are also referred to as HMDS to deliver really the spatial environment directly to the user's vision. And you can see in this image here with the learners wearing a headset, they can actually feel like they're physically there across the desk from that virtual human in the image. #LearningAndDevelopment #InstructionalDesignConsultants #LearningLeaderSpotlight #WeAreTrainingPros #TalentDevelopment #TrainingConsultants #LearningEngineering
