Does Stanley Park have any good single track trails?

We've always wondered if there are fun single track trails in Vancouver's Stanley Park, so we decided to go look. It turns out there are. And they are fun! They aren't as extreme as some of the trails you'll find on the local mountains, but for someone who usually rides on the road or gravel trails they are perfect. We highly recommend exploring the trails in Stanley Park if you're looking for a fun off-road ride right in the heart of Downtown Vancouver. There's no map attached to this video as half the fun was riding around the main trails searching for single track off-shoots.
