Clean, wash and cut the "lalo" Wash spinach Add spinach first to a pot Then, the seasoned meat Add the "lalo" on top of the meat Cover well (to ensure no air will come out) Put stove on medium low then let it cook for about 1hr and 20 minutes Uncover, stir to make sure nothing sticks Add butter, parsley and thyme, and peppers Taste (add a little bit of salt if necessary) Let it simmer until it comes to your preferable consistency.
