The Attacking Force 4-1-3-2 is a highly recommended OP tactic for Football Manager 2022. I was able to get Bayern to win all competitions in FM22 using this overpowered attacking tactic. You can recreate this tactic on previous Football Manager Games, FM21, FM20, and indeed FM19. I tested this tactic with Bayern Munich, and FC Schalke 04! Both teams did exceptionally well.
