This curry is prepared with chickpeas, potatoes and some indian spices. This is very healthy and tasty curry which gives more tasty with steamed rice , puri and Garam Garam roti. I make this dish in cooker. Let's start our Buta dali procedure Buta Dali or Chana dal( chickpeas)- 1 cup Diced Potatoes- 1 medium size Crushed Ginger- 1 tbs Green chilli - 2 Bay leaves-1 1 tbs Jeera 1 big size tomato Salt Haldi powder Refined oil- 2tbs Kashmir chilli powder Garam Masala/ Maggie Masala Fresh Corriander leaves Method First wet the buta dali for 4- 5hours. Wash the buta dali properly and diced the potatoes. Slice the tomato and keep aside. Now put the cooker on flame and put 2 tbs oil. Add little sugar for color and taste. When it gives color add Jeera, Crushed ginger and Green chilli, Bay leaves. Mix it well, now put all sliced tomatoes. Let the tomato cooked well. Add Haldi powder, red chilli powder and salt as per your taste. Add chana dal and aloo. Fry the chana dal and aloo for 2 minutes. Now add 2 cups of water. Let it boil for couple of minutes. Cover the lid for 3 whistles in low flame. After the gas comes out open the cooker lid properly and mix it well. Check your curry. Add Garam Masala or Maggie Masala to give more flavour to your curry. Add fresh Corriander leaves. Now Buta dali tarkari is ready. Website: https://indianfoodguideforyou.blogspo...
