[MKWii Custom Track] Candy Coaster (v3.0 Update)

Hi. In this update I tried to make some changes to the infamous slow ramps I have been getting bashed over in the past. This update tries to compromise between having it casual-friendly and not removing too much of the tech. It also comes with a lot of QoL fixes, such as adding more bullet bill drop-off zones and adjusting checkpoints, should also fix some of the no-lap-count stuff that was found. A problem here was the really split opinion about keeping or removing the slow ramps in the cave, as I know, competitives liked those, but casuals didn't like them at all, so I selected from personal preference here.
