Here is my most popular Shotcut Tip. How I Do Cinematic Color Grading in Shotcut the Easy and Lazy Way. I've noticed with many professionals have a very extensive and sometimes intimidating cinematic color grading process. It's like they're speaking a different language. Through watching dozens of tutorials and playing around with Shotcut for a while, I managed to come up with the most basic process to color correct and color grade my cinematic videos. I hope my simple process makes color grading less intimidating and more approachable to the beginner Shotcut user. UPDATE: The order does matter, but it should be "TOP-DOWN." It is best to match the order of operations to the stacking order of top-down to best achieve the anticipated outcome. Obviously, there are more advanced methods to get your color grade in Shotcut just right, but for me I just want to get a decent enough video that I can be happy with. That's enough for me.
