#sleepaid Whenever possible, I try and do some food prepping to make meals easier. Today’s food prep is to stew a nearly three and a half pound chuck roast in tomato and chili powder. The cooking took some time but was well worth the effort. Just as I finished the cooking, the dense fog burned off and we got outside and walked Moonstone Beach. I found a huge sea cave that is only accessible at low tide. I’m not sure why this area is named Moonstone, but it does feel like being on another world.
