First of all, last month, March was the month this should've been posted. Because of a nasty flu and losing my voice, I couldn't finish it any sooner than now. In this video I'll show you the range of colors that manganese pigments currently give us. With most focus on the well know Manganese Blue PB33, but also YInMn Blue PB86, Manganese Violet PV16, and a range of browns and blacks! The Manganese pigment family as handmade watercolor paints. As you can see, most of them give some sort of granulating effect. From very heavy to quite subtile. Not all though.
