In a bowl, mash the boiled potatoes, add the cut onions, ginger, green chillies, freshly chopped coriander leaves, kasuri methi, carom seeds, chaat masala and salt to taste. Mix well and keep aside 2. Flatten out a medium sized ball of dough, take a handful of the potato mixture, fill it in the dough, seal properly and roll it out. 3. Heat a tawa and roast the prepared aloo paratha, add ghee and cook until golden on both sides. 5. Place a dollop of white butter and Enjoy Hot!
