Sayat Nova was an Armenian troubadour, Traveling Poet, known for his love songs and since I was raised with being taught about Sayat Nova I was very curious to learn all about Sayat Nova the fragrance, from the house of Bortnikoff. With Sayat Nova I get smoky dark woods, fruity stone fruit of apricot that is a fusion of dry apricots and fresh apricots. With Sayat Nova I also get dark smoky tobacco nuances, as well as dark savory or very lightly sweetened chocolate accords. The vanilla and boozy nuances do come in as well to tone down the darkness from the ouds that are pretty dominant in Sayat Nova. Have you tried Sayat Nova? Do you enjoy the fragrances of Bortnikoff?
