What is Reflexivity? Reflexivity in Anthropology | Reflexivity In Qualitative Research | Definition

What is reflexivity? As an anthropology major myself, understanding what reflexivity is in the context of anthropology and anthropology research is incredibly important. It becomes nearly impossible to conduct good qualitative research without keeping reflexivity in mind. In this video, I will define reflexivity in two parts: first from the researcher's perspective and second from the cultures perspective. Then, at the end, I will share with you some research strategies that may help counteract the subjectivity and bias that comes as a byproduct of qualitative anthropological research.
