Barbel are without doubt one of the hardest fighting fish in the UK and are certainly one of Steves favourite fish to catch! Unfortunately here in Norfolk over the last decade numbers have severely dwindled, so if we want to target them we have to travel. So for this latest episode we headed up to the mighty river Trent, arriving late afternoon with the aim of fishing through the night and into the next day. Unfortunately the river conditions were far from ideal but we were still hopeful of catching a few fish!
