These ladoos simply melt in mouth and are super soft. These ladoos not only look tempting but also taste simply delicious. I will use just 2 ingredients, milk and sugar. This is a very easy and simple recipe. These are also known as Sandesh. This is a popular Bengali mithai or dessert. The milk is curdled to make paneer or chena and powdered sugar is added to it. Then the mixture is rolled into small ladoos known as Sandesh. Try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. You also can like, share and subscribe. Ingredients: • 2 liter full fat Milk • 1/2 cup powdered Sugar • Lemon juice • Saffron water Method: • Heat up milk on medium heat and bring it to boil. Stir it at regular intervals. • When the milk beings to boil, add lemon juice and mix well. • When milk curdles, turn the gas off and strain it. • Wash the paneer well to remove sour taste of lemon and squeeze out as much water as you can. • Place a weight on the paneer and rest it for about 15-20 minutes until all the water is strained out. • Take the paneer out into a dish and loosen it. • Knead the paneer really good with the base of your palm for about 10 minutes. • You can blend it in food processor or blender. • When the paneer turns nice, soft and homogenous, add powdered sugar and mix everything well together. • Transfer the mixture into a pan and cook it on low heat for about 5-7 minutes. Stir continuously. • When the mixture gets nice glaze, transfer it into a bowl. • Spread it evenly and let it cool down a little. • Roll out small ladoos from the mixture and garnish with saffron water. Malai ladoo or Sandesh is ready. • It has shelf life of about 2-3 days at room temperature and in freeze for about 8-10 days.
