Introduction to the DA40 Diamond Star - Walkaround/Preflight

The DA40 will be one of the aircraft available in their new Microsoft Flight Simulator. For aviation enthusiasts interested in knowing a little more about the real aircraft, I show a quick walk-around and preflight for the aircraft. The DA40 aircraft shown in this video is the 2007 XL version, the Lycoming variant, that differs from the Diamond DA40 NG and DA40-TDI in a few ways, predominantly that the engine is 100LL vs. Jet-A, and that it has the original G1000 vs. G1000 NXi flight deck. Note: This is my first attempt at an aviation YouTube video, and I made a couple of small misstatements in the video, so please be kind.
