Ninetales will be a popular choice this format (at least in the early stages) because of the changes/buffs to how Snow works and its fairy/ice coverage. Ninetales itself was already relatively bulky on the Special Defense side with a base 100 stat but now with the +1 boost to defense from snow, the Ninetales all of a sudden becomes difficult to move. With Aurora Veil screens, you're able to make your entire team bulky and soak up damage while your primary damage dealers can do the job that they need to do. Surrounding it with standard "good stuff" is a nice starting point, so things like Urshifu & Rillaboom make sense, along with Chien-Pao. Chien-Pao also benefits from the defense boost from snow, From here, speed control with Tornadus is quite nice while adding Heatran helps with the fire weakness of the team.
