Over the past week, the country has suffered an explosion of frustration over the racial divisions that still plague us as Americans. If you haven't done so, sit down with your team and let them tell you about their experiences and how they feel about what's going on in the country right now. Yesterday, the conversation I had with my squad lasted a couple of hours and we did not shy away from the uncomfortable topics. Today we came together to recap some of what was shared.
