This is an easy way to make your own freezer yeast doughs at home! Homemade sweet bun dough frozen ahead and be ready for you to thaw, shape and bake when you're in the mood for eating freah warm bread. It will also save the “trouble” of staying up late for baking bread or in a hurry during a rising process. As always, please follow the recipes carefully for best results. Especially, when to freeze the dough, how to freeze, how to thaw, to what state that dough is thawed enough for shaping, and so on. Here are some simple tips: Freezing: Freeze the dough after the dough is completed, fermented 30 mins in room temperature, and divided into small dough. Freeze without cover to prevent water droplets formed on top of the bread dough and affect the final bread texture. Thawing: Cover the pan with plastic wrap. Thaw at room temperature about 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. If you put in refrigerator overnight, please no keep it longer than overnight, it will develop some aroma and may affect the bread texture. Thaw the dough till the inner temperature reaches 16 degree (Celsius) /60.8 degF.
