In this video I walk through my new pattern projector setup for sewing! I bought an Epson Powerlite 580 ultra short throw projector on eBay for $80. It was the most affordable option for my needs and space. I walk through how to calibrate it using the free web app at www.patternprojector.com and show how to make some basic PDF adjustments for patterns that weren’t initially designed for projector use. I also share some projector sewing cutting tips and give a brief overview of what other types of sewing projectors are out there. I've found that using a projector for sewing is a great way to save time printing, taping and cutting paper patterns.
