Found: 20/8/24 I'm not pretty sure the only reason why i've never actually completed a shiny legendary Pokémon hunt until almost 5 years after i started hunting was because of how much i hated SRs (I got (and still get) horribly unlucky with them, which combined with the slower nature of the hunts, caused me to get heavily worn down fairly quickly. It's kinda a shame though, because there's so many cool pokemon i've never hunted because of this (Kyurem, Celebi, Ho-oh and The Ultra Beasts etc. as well as some other SR hunts (Mainly starters like Mudkip and Snivy)). However, earlier this year I finished Fennekin, and I feel like that hunt changed me in quite a big way (shiny-hunting wise). When I looked at these longer hunts (Mostly SR hunts with a bit of fishing), and yet instead of being intimidated by the speed of the resets and scared of burning out, I've been nothing but excited and interested in seeing how lucky I can get, and how much they will challenge me and push my limits as a Shiny Hunter. So despite how unlucky I had been with SRs in the past, I was quite excited to start the hunt for Celebi, and enjoyed the hunt throughout. It's such a pretty shiny, especially in generation 2, where it's fairly different form future gens, with a lot of white and the purple eyes and antennae that I really wish stayed in future designs. Also it took me forever to make this video as i had no clue what to do with the thumbnail That's all for my yapping, cya.
