Hello my dear students today we are going to discuss about "Animals - Home and Babies"... Different animals live in different places. Some animals live in water like fish and octopus. Some animals live on land like cow, giraffe, lion, tiger and so on. Some animals live on both land and water like frog, crocodile. Some animals live on trees like monkey and squirrel. Some animals build their own homes like honey bee and birds. We build homes for pet and farm animals. Dog lives in kennel, fish are kept in aquarium,horse live in stable. An, animal's home protect it from heat, cold, rain and other animals. ANIMALS AND THEIR YOUNG ONES Some animals give birth to young ones. For example -- cow, goat, lion, monkey and so on. Some animals lay eggs.Young ones come out or hatch out from the egg. For example -- Birds, lizards,snakes, fish. we have different names for different baby animals. For example -- Dog - puppy, cow - calf, cat - kitten, lion -cub, hen - chick sheep - lamb. So, these are the animals - home and their babies....
