Angels Landing hike @ Zion National Park, Utah

An absolute favourite hike of mine @ Zion National Park, Utah. Angels Landing is only a short hike but don't underestimate it. It's very steep and certainly not for the faint hearted. Also, to get to it, you will need a permit as it gets very crowded and is rather dicy in certain spots. The trail has been recorded as one of the most dangerous public hikes in the United States. You will need to climb up with the help of chains along the way and not be afraid of heights as you are walking right on the edge of a Ridge dropping down hundreds of meters on either side. The views from the top are all worth it and just absolutely spectacular. After getting to the top, I also went to Scout Point and further along the West Rim Trail which gives you a great view back down onto Angels Landing.
