I thought it would be very easy to take what I had learned and integrate it in my practice. It took me 2 years to come back to coaching. I found out it was like planting a garden, it doesn't happen overnight, it takes a long time. I wish I had done coaching immediately; it makes me excited about my business again. I feel a lot more confident in what I do. It takes what you love about your practice and uses that and integrates it with some fun. You have a lot more fun bringing in business while having fun. The one thing that Debra (coach) brought to the table is that she is so eloquent at building on what I am working on. She makes me go outside of my comfort zone and following up. So it has been a very effective program for me.
