These sweaters are all knit top-down, seamlessly. Knitting from the Top by Barbara G. Walker https://amzn.to/3L9Gld2 A variety of sweater styles, including two methods for working a sweater with set-in sleeves seamlessly (short row sleeve cap, and simultaneous set-in sleeves). The process of knitting a sweater using whatever gauge you get with your yarn combined with your desired chest circumference is described in a conversational way.
