Reading is a very important component to learning a foreign language. Not only is it a great way to acquire vocabulary while having fun, but it can be beneficial in the learning of grammar as well. That said, many learners sometimes have questions on what is the right way to approach reading. In some cases, you might even feel like you are doing things the wrong way. The two styles that many people will talk about when reading in a foreign language is extensive versus intensive reading. Both approaches have their positives and negatives and its a good idea to try out and use both methods. Ultimately in the end of the day, reading can be huge to your language learning. In a lot of cases, it's something that many people probably neglect or wait too long to get into.
