You'll also have the opportunity to experience the earliest fruit in Canada, as the Osoyoos area offers cherries, peaches, apricots, pears, plums, and apples from June through October. Take a dip in the warmest lake in Canada, Osoyoos Lake. With an average summer temperature of 24 degrees Celsius, it's perfect for all water sports, including swimming and canoeing. We'll also take you to Spotted Lake, a small lake rich in a variety of minerals. In the hot summer, as the water evaporates, concentrations of these minerals form the spots visible in the lake, which change size and color throughout the summer. Spotted Lake is a sacred site for the First Nations People of the Osoyoos area. Finally, we'll drive back to Vancouver, completing our 2731 km journey.
