My first wild camp above 3,000 feet and it did not disappoint. Starting off at Seathwaite Farm I headed up the path adjacent to Grains Gill heading for Esk Hause, from here I headed up to Ill crag where I made the decision to check out Scafell Pike via Broad Crag. I then went back to Ill Crag to set up for the night.
