if you enjoyed the video please like, comment and subscribe for more :) __________________________________ RECIPE: Hong Kong Style French Toast INGREDIENTS 2 slices of Bread 1 TBSP Peanut Butter (or filling of your choice) 1 Egg Salt Cooking Oil Butter (optional topping) Sweetened Condensed Milk (optional topping) STEPS 1. Spread peanut butter (or filling of your choice) on bread. Sandwich bread slices. Cut off crusts, and enjoy edge pieces for a snack. 2. Crack egg into a bowl, add a pinch of salt. Whisk eggs well. 3. Heat pan with cooking oil at low medium heat, for shallow frying have about 1 to 2 cm of oil in pan. 4. Dip bread into egg, covering all edges and sides. Carefully place into hot oil. 5. Fry each side for about 15 seconds first then cook on wide side. Cook each side for about 1 minute, until golden brown. Can spoon oil on top of french toast to help achieve golden brown colour.
