Can you get fit while pregnant? While you don't want to rapidly and rigorously increase your exercise in pregnancy, movement and being as fit as you can will likely help you recover from childbirth and ease some aches and pains of your changing body. For the pelvic rock: While on your hands and knees, exhale and pull your belly in towards your spine (give baby a hug with your muscles) and hold and gently shift your weight over your hands.
