Hello my lovely YT friends! It is winter! And it is 3rd lockdown in Germany Let’s have some winter melon soup :) This soup is good to consume in any season and it can reduce heat (bad heat I mean) in our body but to keep the body warm at same time in winter. It is the soup I invented myself. I always cooked it in the past in Asia as it was easy to get winter melon in market or supermarket. Here are the ingredients: 600-700 g Winter Melon 2-3 pcs shitake mushrooms A handful green beans 1-2 pcs Angelica A little Sichuan lovage rhizome 800 ml water Salt or vegan soup powder to season Coriander leaves (optional) Try it guys! and let me know how you like about it in the comment section.
