The 2020 Houston Marathon had just about perfect weather - mid 40s throughout the race and not humid. Even though there were about 35,000 runners, the Houston Marathon course was fast and never felt congested. Conditions were perfect for setting PRs, and a lot of people did. I just wasn't one of those people. 3:17:12. It feels like a step backwards, but I learned a lot more about my body. I learned a lot about low HR training.
