Our saga continues with our Cool Fuel Module on our 2006 341 Meridian With 6.2 MX Horizon motors. We were provided a remanufactured top cap from S&J Complete Marine to replace our original painted OEM version which has begun to peel and flake paint, clogging the fuel regulator. In this video, we remove the old fuel module, disassemble and inspect the corrosion and damage, reassemble the new parts, including new high efficiency 10 micron fuel filters from S&J, new water hoses and reinstall and test with fuel pressure gauge. We noticed a significant difference in fuel pressure after the swap out.
