After leaving the Marines, Glynn transitioned into personal training, founding EBC in 2007. Starting with just four members and living out of his car, he grew it into the largest boot camp in Essex. Glynn also opens up about his battle with PTSD, his path to recovery, and his commitment to mental health advocacy. Glynn’s story is a testament to resilience, the importance of mental health, and using life’s challenges to help others thrive.
