"hh2 was our Cloud Partner that made us step into cloud services." Steve did his due diligence to find the best tools for field reports. "When we were looking to make the decision to move into hh2, I felt that they had a pretty good solution for what we were looking for to hit all the pain points." After success with other hh2 products, Steve explored hh2 cloud services’ File Reports solution. "After we got the Remote Payroll, we loved hh2, the Remote Payroll side of what could do for us, so we moved on to getting Field Reports. Again, the field reports were paper—sat in a filing cabinet. We needed to somehow unify and have all this data out there." We no longer had to go out to the job site to view a report or go to a filing cabinet from a job two or three years ago to pull all of these reports. "hh2 made it really easy because the guys in the field can use their mobile app or the website." Mobility meant field supervisors and project managers could create field reports as they walk the job site. "One of the deciding factors for hh2 was the mobility factor that they had. They had it built to run on the web. So, all of the laptops we had out in the field, but also all of the handheld devices, and having a natively built app for iOS, whether it was the iPad or the iPhone, was a huge feature for us, making it format correctly on the screen, no matter what device you were holding." As an IT professional, Steve loved how easy hh2 made it to integrate Field Reports with his ERP. "The Web integration with hh2 has been a great experience. It's very lightweight on my servers as far as implementing the data and pushing it out to the cloud. Any kind of synchronization issue we have, it's pretty self-remediating. We've had very, very little problem during that process, getting our data out to the cloud and then eventually back again." Steve thinks every construction company should use hh2 Field Reports.
