UAV FUTURES $99 Drone Build: Solid as a rock!

First working hover. First Flip attempts & failures. The UAV Futures $99 LOL build has turned out to be an incredibly robust package. For a newbie its very solid. This thing took some time to sort out after blowing the AIO ESC and having some issues binding it has finally turned out to be a great little quad. During the flip attempts it took some major heavy crashes before the first major problem occurred. A motor jammed against its casing base. I took the circlip off, filed the motor down and this thing just keeps going. I have now had upwards of 30 crashes - some of which i thought surely that will be the end of this thing - only to find its still alive and kicking. I'm just using the twin blade DAL 5045 Bull-nose and these are have been a great beginner prop. Have recently moved to the tri-blade DAL's to try them out and so far these are also good. The build itself was a struggle. I blew up a capacitor on the 4-1 Racestar ESC even prior to flying and I also had issues with the motors, PDB and software. It was a huge learning curve but we'll worth the time and effort put in. Thanks to God for His assistance throughout the build especially regarding the provision of wisdom, patience and the capacity to think outside the box when and where it was needed.
