I wanted to see if FolkArt Neon "Blacklight Activated" paints and also some glow powder mixed with Floetrol would actually glow. So I did a dirty pour with all of those in an MMG double-split cup. And just to make it more interesting, I did the dirty pour over a Skull. Happy Halloween!!! So after I started making soap a few years ago, and needing some sort of biz name that didn't sound like everyone else's version of suds-r-us, I decided on Luxinda Swirl.
