The VWAP indicator, or volume weighted average price is the ratio of the value traded to total volume traded over a particular time horizon (usually one day). It is a measure of the average price at which a stock is traded over that time horizon, and can be used with your intraday trading strategies. But how can you actually use this Indicator to better understand how a Stock is trending?
