Batter ingredients: 120 gram butter, 150 gram sugar, 200 gram flour, pinch of salt, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. baking powder, 150 gram Crème Fraiche For the toppings: 50 gram sliced Almonds and 1 tbsp. coconut sugar It is important to let the cake cool down after baking and put it in the fridge at least for three hours before serving. I put my cake overnight in the fridge. Happy baking!🌹
