I never expected a Fender Tom Delonge Stratocaster to have a 7 piece body! IS THAT WHY THEY GET PAINT CRACKS? Anyway... here's how I stripped the paint off my hardtail Fender Stratocaster body and pretty much how to do it for any poly finish. This stuff stinks, I can't stress enough the importance of wearing protective equipment and only doing it in a well ventilated area. The next time you see this in a video it will be to refinish it and make it back into a complete guitar again.
