Yehliu Geopark is one of the top tourist of attractions and premier destination in northern taiwan located along the cape of north coast of Wanli District in New Taipei City with its neighboring city keelung.The Geopark is knowm for its unique rock formations the famous is the QUEEN'S HEAD, other not able formations are princess head, ice cream rock, elephant rock, kissing rock, ginger rock, sea candles rock, mushrolm and others...The cape has a stretch of 1,700 meters formed through the years of geological movements that forced the mountains to change shape. Yehliu Geopark is a bit remote but weel worth a visit..... How to get there? From main Taipei West Bus Station~Terminal a board a Kuo Kang Bus to Yehliu. Bus ride is about 70~90 minutes depending on traffic upon reaching the bus stop, walk dowm and follow the arrow up to the entrance of the park.
